Queue now if you need cash for a tuk or a ticket. Hotel cash looks enough until the first hop, then it is not.

We queued. Ten minutes. Better than hunting a working machine later when the first one is empty.

If you already have enough for the station tuk, keep moving. Come back after checkout if the queue is long.
