Walk to the next machine first. The bank-door one is inside a timetable. Dutch Hospital Colombo ATMs run out on a leftover-rain weekday when everyone thinks the same. If both fail, the town side, not a cousin with a POS. Screenshot a failed swipe. I will not invent a Dutch Hospital Colombo-wide cash shutdown. It is queues.
