We are in Trincomalee. Fort Frederick wants shoulders covered and Monday is Caution.

Buy a wrap and go early. Covering up in noon sun is extra heat. The fort is not shut. Shade, water, short look.

We would early with a wrap. Noon covered-up is a mobile greenhouse.

If you have no wrap, a shop on the way. Do not skip the fort only for heat if you can go at dawn.
