Trinco host says skip Fort Frederick after 10 because of heat — is Bulletin 01 even about Trincomalee

Eastern province is on the sheet, I think. Host wants us to stay in AC all Wednesday. We have a 7am window and hats. Kid is 8, not a toddler. I am not looking for Extreme. I am looking for whether Caution means cancel the fort.

Trinco is Eastern, so Bulletin 01 Caution applies Wednesday daytime. That is hydrate, shade, light clothes, check the elderly — not a Fort Frederick padlock and not Extreme. 7am walk is the ordinary east move. Host selling AC all day is a room, not Met.

We did the fort at 7, beach shade after. Kid drank. Fine.
