We want Nilaveli today. Navy road is the name people use. Ordinary hop with a hired driver who knows, or should we budget delay as if a checkpoint were a plan? Not looking for a security lecture.

Ordinary hop with a driver who knows the public road. Budget ordinary traffic, not a drama you invent. Stay on the public road, bags in the van, no photos of gates or uniforms as souvenirs. If someone asks you to wait, you wait. Nilaveli is a stretch of sand, not a reason to argue at a barrier.
