We are in Trincomalee. The whale desk wants a Monday name. Seas are 2-3 m on the south/west band and Trinco is on Caution heat.

Wait. Do not invent an official whale cancel. A small boat on a rough sea is a skip; heat is a separate noon problem. Put a name down for a calmer morning if the desk still runs, not a noon slot.
