After breakfast every tuk is quoting high for short hops. Accept the surge, meter only, or walk the first stretch. Not quiet Monday availability after last night, and not Grab to the station.

Agree a fixed fare before you sit, or walk two blocks off the hotel strip and try again. Mid-morning after breakfast is a known bump. Do not argue mid-ride.
