Walk to Fort or Galle town for a machine that still has notes. Lane ATMs die. That is ordinary, not a plot. Host asking cash is ordinary too. Do not wait morning if you owe tonight. Do not pay a cousin POS fee that was not on the board. Main Gate machine first.
