Trains still run. Do not invent a reopen or a Pothuhera clearance. A missing reserved seat is a bus, not a gazette. In Kandy this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not convert a paid pin into a panic move at noon. Then count the notes in shop light.
