Urgent toilet this late and nearby shops are already shuttered. Hotel sprint on the outer walk, or try to hold. Not pee mid-parade hunt earlier, and not toilet hunt with sellers still open.

Hotel sprint on outer pavement is the realistic answer once shutters are down. Do not follow strangers into dark courtyards. Keep one charged phone and a shop-sign regroup if the group stays.
