23 Aug, Sunday. Vakarai empty-road photo at dusk — still a 2018 story we should not night-drive. Bags ordinary, leftover rain in some districts, inland heat in others. First Randoli listed 6:44 is a Kandy kerb clock, not a nationwide extra. Not trying to invent a fee. Asking before we pay a desk.

Ask the actual desk. I will not invent a 23 Aug fee, festival, or closure. If you are uneasy, you are done. A bun is also a plan.
