Dry-zone day, leftover heat named. Vavuniya night. Pay AC, or a fan because we already spent the van budget on Mannar?

If the elder is cooked, pay AC and test it before bags dump. A fan is honest if you arrive with hours of daylight left to rest. Generator questions still apply. Water. Do not save the AC money and then argue at 9 p.m. in a warm box.
