Man at Bogambara wants a number that feels like a ticket. No board. Two of us. 26 Aug. I will not invent a fee.

Pay what is on a board. If there is no board, park lower and walk toward Bahirawakanda. A man with a whistle is not a gazette. Do not invent an official Bogambara charge. Ask two people. The first number is a test.

We parked lower, walked. Fine. The whistle faded.

Kids: pay a real car park if it exists. Do not start a kerb fight.

If a board exists, pay it. If not, walk.

We asked the shop. They laughed at the number. Parked down the hill.

Do not follow anyone to a 'secure' unmarked lot at night.
