Man at Pigeon Island jetty wants a number that feels like a ticket. No board. Three of us, one tired. 26 Aug. I will not invent a fee.

Pay what is on a board. If there is no board, park lower and walk toward Kinniya. A man with a whistle is not a gazette. Do not invent an official Pigeon Island jetty charge. Ask two people. The first number is a test.
