Pettah wholesale district has vintage/second-hand pockets: 5th Cross Street (curated vintage), some smaller shops near Colombo Fort Railway Station. Also second-hand book stalls at Wolvendaal Church area. Prices very negotiable.

Best finds: retro Ceylon-branded items, vintage cameras, mid-century Sinhala books, occasional antique furniture. Beware: much 'vintage' is aged-not-antique. For serious antiques, licensed dealers (near Fort). For casual browsing/photography, Pettah is a treat.
