Following from overseas. Title still says LIVE but the player looks ended and chat slowed. Am I stuck on a replay badge, or did Final Kumbal just end for everyone at once.

It ended for everyone. LIVE titles lag; both language feeds closed around 9:32 Colombo.

Empty viewer count and an ended player means finished, not a private replay quirk on your laptop.
