We can hear the stand from the Ella room. Beach-front quote that looks like 2000 for four kilometres?

Honestly stuck in Ella. Beach-front quote that looks like 2000 for four kilometres. Partner and I do not agree and the bags are already packed the wrong way.

Official existing tuk fare is Rs. 110 for the first kilometre and Rs. 90 each extra. Roadside quotes often sit around Rs. 110-120 because the NTC draft is with the Ministry and is not law. The association is holding fares despite the 15-rupee 92 cut. Western Province RPTA cannot implement a revision. In Ella, ask once for the meter, then lock a number. A 15-rupee pump cut is not a tuk coupon.

We asked for the meter around Ella and sometimes got it off the rank. Rank mouths are the worst version of the same hold.

If the quote is silly, walk fifty metres. Do not call a provincial office from the step. NTC holds the story; nobody is cutting fares this afternoon.
