27 Aug, Weligama, on a drier east morning. Blog said the halt still works. Bags, leftover rain. Need a local, not a brochure. If the festival continues to 28th Diya/Dahawal, do not pack us like it ends on the kerb tonight.

Treat Unawatuna as a maybe halt. Galle station is the grown-up board. Do not stand on a maybe with bags. Fairly heavy rain possible west, hills, Galle, Matara — still not a colour code.

We slept and skipped the dawn van. Correct. On 'Galle station as the board versus waiting at Unawatuna h' — board, not desk.

If it is still raining, sit. The other cove is the same water with a hill. Weligama was the pin.
