Too far to dump casually. Welimada to a Kandy kerb by 6:41 is a morning leave, not a late idea. If the group means it, leave in the morning and drop the hill quietly. If the room is paid, keep the hill. 2nd Kumbal is a Kandy evening, not an Uva evening.
