Wellawaya to Ella last tuk quote after midnight — 110/90 or a story because the stand is dark

Bus dumped us Wellawaya. Stand is quiet. One tuk wants a night-story number. Official hold I keep seeing is 110/90. Bags are two backpacks. Hill hop, not a tour.

Agree a fare before you sit. 110/90 is the official hold, not a law you argue at 1am with one driver. If the number is a tour, wait for a second tuk or sit until first light. Ella last bit is a hill, not a relic. Dark stand is ordinary, not a surcharge class.

We walked the last bit from the Ella drop before. Fine with backpacks. Suitcases would change it.

Do not mix Bulletin 01 into a tuk fare. Heat is later.

Write 110. If they laugh, wait.
