Walk-up is still ordinary. Prepaid is a seat, not a sighting. Yard and wind; not a closed cape unless the gate says so. I will not promise a whale. I will not invent a 21 Aug cancellation.
We paid one soda, cooled, left toward Matara. Fine. Occupying shade with a bottle you brought is the rude version.
Closed shoes at lighthouse yard. Sandals after leftover rain is how you meet the clinic. Walk the inside lane.
Leave a buffer. Agree the fare before you sit. Do not cut it to twenty minutes at Dondra lighthouse yard and then argue in a jam.
If it is steaming at lighthouse yard, sit. If not, pack fruit and walk to Matara. Biscuits in the bag anyway. The wait is the hungry part.
