The absolute classic Sri Lankan way is to mix a generous pour of arrack with ice cold Elephant House Ginger Beer EGB. The combination of the sweet coconut spirit and the spicy ginger is simply perfect.

Many locals also prefer mixing it with fresh chilled apple juice or soda water and a squeeze of fresh lime to make it highly refreshing on a hot afternoon.

If you invest in a premium aged bottle like Ceylon Arrack it is exceptionally smooth and is best enjoyed neat or poured over a single large ice cube to appreciate the complex halmilla wood flavors.
