Heat is winning. I have a wrap. What's actually enforced around Polhena?

Temple / kovil / mosque near Polhena: shoulders and knees covered. Shoes on the rack, hats off inside, camera down if signed. Street clothes are mixed; inside is not. A shawl in the bag saves the day. No drone.

Cheap wrap saved us twice. Beach nobody cared. Door of the temple they cared.

If you're tired, stay nearer the bus stand / town centre in Polhena and skip chasing a perfect sunset. Pull cash in Colombo, Kandy, or Galle first — cards are a maybe. Locals will tell you if a ticket is counter-only.
