WhatsApp group says NTC drafted higher tuk fares — Ada 110/90 hold or the draft as law tonight

Group chat screenshot of an NTC draft. Driver at Negombo already quoting 200 for a 110 hop. Sunday 30 Aug 01:05. I thought Ada said the 110/90 hold is still the hold. I will not pay a PDF.

Ada hold is 110/90 until a hold is not a hold. An NTC draft is not law. Write the number before you sit. If they quote a draft, walk to the next tuk. Petrol 399 on a pump board is not a three-wheeler gazette. I will not treat a WhatsApp PDF as a fare.
