Are the main paths flat and paved enough for a wheelchair user to navigate easily.

The Dehiwala Zoological Gardens are quite expansive and built on a naturally hilly terrain. While the main central avenues are flat and paved, navigating the steeper side paths to certain enclosures in a wheelchair can be physically challenging. It is accessible, but bringing a strong companion to assist with the inclines is highly recommended.
