Wheelchair rental available in Colombo: pharmacy chains (Osu Sala, Union Chemists) rent basic wheelchairs 500-1500 LKR per day. Private medical supply companies (Softlogic, Baur Healthcare) offer higher-quality chairs and delivery. Hotels can arrange loan chairs for hotel-only use.

Accessibility varies: modern hotels reasonably accessible. Historical sites (Sigiriya, Adam's Peak) not wheelchair-accessible for summit. Some flatter attractions (Polonnaruwa, Anuradhapura ruins) partially accessible with rough terrain. Beaches have limited access; some resorts have beach wheelchairs.
