Showers keep flicking on. Where near the lake to buy a cheap compact poncho, not just hope the hotel umbrella is enough. Not packing a shell we already own, and not dry-pouch-for-phone only.

Small shops and stalls around the lake sell thin fold-up ponchos cheap. Buy one per person and keep it in the day bag. Hotel umbrellas help for short dashes but not for standing later.
