Where to leave big luggage during the parade if we already used late checkout
Already used late checkout and still have big bags. For First Randoli tonight, is station cloakroom realistic, will the hotel hold bags anyway, or are we stuck carrying nothing useful. Not looking for a day-use nap room — just luggage.

Ask your hotel desk first even after checkout — many will hold bags through the evening for a small fee or free if you ate there. Station cloakrooms are hit-or-miss on festival Sundays and close earlier than you hope.
If the hotel says no, a mid-range place near the lake sometimes holds for dinner guests. Book the early table and ask about bag hold in the same call.
Whatever you do, strip valuables into a small cross-body. Big luggage and a camera backpack together is asking for stress on the curb.
