Ordinary etiquette: shoes, cover, short. Kandy festival ended Friday after Day 2:18 and Relics 4:01. No weekend Kandy procession. In Anuradhapura this is an ordinary leftover decision. That is the lived version, not a gazette. We would not queue a Caution noon if opening exists. Then the room.

We would sit in Anuradhapura. Leftover Sunday into Monday is how extra pins wreck the next day.
