The central bank reported a 37 percent drop in revenue for March 2026 compared to last year, totaling US$223.7 million. This is partly due to the regional escalation in the Middle East affecting luxury travel and a recent revision by authorities in calculating the per-day average spending of tourists. Despite this, the arrival target remains three million for the full year 2026.
