Not a nomad fantasy. One call from Katunayake. Fine, or do I need a bigger town as backup?

Around Katunayake, keep it ordinary. Ask the guesthouse or the station board that morning, not a chat rumour. Write the fare before you sit. I will not invent an official fee. Leave daylight for the last hop.

We passed through Katunayake this week. One plan, one backup, small notes, PickMe where it pings. The first tout number was a joke. Once we wrote a fare it got boring in a good way.

If you are tired, stay near the bus stand or town centre in Katunayake and skip the extra viewpoint. Pull cash in Colombo, Kandy, or Galle first. Cards are a maybe, not a plan.
