Showers kept cycling earlier. Late-afternoon local feel: do they often ease by the official 7:00 PM Second Randoli start, or should we assume damp pavement either way. No weather-app jargon. Not how long to hold an open curb in drizzle.

Local feel often says late-afternoon shower cycles ease toward evening, but pavement can stay damp either way — plan shoes and a light cover without trusting a perfect clear-up.
