Cloudy and showery since breakfast, not one clear spell. We stand for Third Randoli at 6:53 PM. People who have been around Kandy this week - does a morning like this usually ease by evening, or do we just dress for wet.

Dress for wet and treat any dry window as luck; August hill showers often pulse rather than switch off cleanly.
