21 Aug leftover. two of us, daypacks, no balcony budget. Looking at Wise debit at HNB Fort / Wise. I do not want umbrellas as a fight on the Green as a speech at the kerb. Galle Face tuk in leftover rain as a short hop feels like the desk.
