Link looks like a payment page with a Horton logo. Group swears walk-up is dead from 1 Sep. B519-era Mirror text I saved said planning after 29 Aug. It is 2 Sep, 01:10. I will not pay a URL at 1am.

Do not pay the URL. Visitor-management is still proposed, not a live cap I can point to. Walk-up in the morning unless the printed booth notice says otherwise. Facebook payment pages are how you fund a stranger. Keep the Nuwara Eliya pin, jumper, torch for the last bit.
