Yes, the spectacular royal regalia of the last King of Kandy, Sri Vikrama Rajasinha, are proudly displayed in the very first main gallery of the Colombo National Museum. It is the absolute highlight of the entire collection.

You can see the incredibly ornate, massive golden throne, which is heavily encrusted with precious Sri Lankan gemstones, alongside the kings personal swords and highly decorated crown.

These artifacts were actually taken by the British to London in 1815 but were eventually returned to Sri Lanka in the 1930s. Seeing them in person gives you an incredible sense of the immense wealth of the ancient Kandyan kingdom.
