Simply search their exact emergency contact numbers online and describe your location precisely. The government veterinary services are unfortunately highly underfunded and rarely respond to street animals so relying entirely on these amazing private charities is crucial.
If you are near Colombo or Negombo the Embark foundation operates excellent highly equipped rescue facilities and an emergency response ambulance specifically for injured street dogs.
