Bars on Peradeniya Road after mourning days 21-23 - actually pouring at 9.50 or still a hotel-only Lion

Tape toward Old Peradeniya looks slack. Mourning for Nanda Malini is 21-23, flags at state buildings, Borella rites Saturday 5pm. Hotel-bar Lion was the other couple. We want an actual Peradeniya Road bar now we can move west. Is mourning a liquor gazette or just a mood.

National mourning 21-23 is flags half-mast at state institutions. The circular we have is not a bottle-shop gazette. Nikini Poya / the island dry day is Thursday 27 August, not tonight. That does not mean a named Peradeniya Road bar is open at 9.50 after a Kumbal - walk and look, or don't. A hotel pouring a Lion is not a street bar. Do not invent a closing time.

Quiet is the respectful default on a mourning weekend even when the gazette is flags-only. If you go, keep it indoor and uncelebratory. DIG: not a carnival. Do not be the table on the pavement facing the temple road.
