Most bakeries do not open until 6:30 AM, but the Choon Paan (musical bread tuk-tuks) start roaming the inland roads around 5:45 AM. Listen for the Beethoven melody! They sell fresh Maalu Paan (fish buns) and Kimbula Banis right out of the back of the tuk-tuk.
