Aberdeen Falls is incredibly majestic, but swimming in the main deep pool directly at the base where the water plunges down is extremely dangerous due to unpredictable hidden undercurrents.

It is strictly advised to only bathe in the shallower, calmer rock pools situated further downstream from the main impact zone. The water there is just as refreshing and perfectly safe.

Always exercise caution and do not jump from high rocks unless a local villager confirms the depth and safety, especially after heavy rains when the water levels rise rapidly.
