Yes, Indian Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan arrived today for his official visit. He has already held meetings with President Anura Kumara Dissanayaka and Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya. They discussed trade expansion and deepening economic ties. He also met with the Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa earlier this evening. Expect the motorcade to be active near Galle Face again tomorrow morning.

Women with babies approach asking you to buy milk powder at a nearby shop (not cash). The shop is run by accomplices and charges 5-10x normal price.
