First, it is likely a scam and contains no actual pangolin—spice gardens lie to justify high prices. However, if the label explicitly says it contains endangered wildlife byproducts, Sri Lankan Customs will confiscate it under the Flora and Fauna Protection Ordinance, and you could face severe fines. Throw it away before the airport.

Pangolins are strictly protected. Exporting their parts violates CITES international laws. Do not attempt to take it on the plane.
