Late April brings the afternoon thundershowers, which means the ATV trails through the Flying Ravana adventure park are incredibly muddy and fun right now. You will be covered in red clay. Afterward, head straight to Cafe Chill or One Love Bar. They are super backpacker friendly and do not care if you walk in covered in mud.

One Love Bar in Ella is essentially a massive treehouse. It is perfect for lounging on beanbags with a cold Lion beer after an extreme sports day.

Make sure you bring a change of shoes though! Riding an ATV in flip flops is a terrible idea on those muddy hill tracks.
