Some guys on the beach offered us 5000 LKR VIP tickets for an exclusive jungle rave tonight. Is this legit or a fake party.

It is a scam. Genuine parties at venues like Mambo or Hideaway usually charge a small cover at the door (around 1000-2000 LKR). Anyone selling "VIP" tickets on the beach for a jungle rave is likely selling fake wristbands. You will show up to a dark field or the real venue will laugh at your fake ticket.

Only buy tickets at the door of established venues. Never pay street touts.

Also, throwing loud raves in the actual jungle is illegal because it disturbs the wildlife. The police shut them down quickly.
