Colombo 07 also known as Cinnamon Gardens is universally considered the absolute safest most prestigious neighborhood in the entire city. It houses major embassies and high end residences.

The streets are wide incredibly clean and heavily patrolled by security. Walking to a nearby restaurant or cafe after dark is perfectly secure and very pleasant under the massive shade trees.
