Is there a traffic plan for the Indian Vice Presidents visit in Colombo today?

Indian Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan arrived today for a two day visit. Expect intermittent traffic restrictions along the Katunayake Expressway, Baseline Road, and near Galle Face Hotel where the delegation is staying. Heavy vehicle movement is restricted on these routes until early afternoon. He will be meeting the President and Prime Minister later today.
