Lost a power bank on the kerb - is any lost-and-found still staffed at 10 or is that a morning police desk

Power bank was on the plastic chair. Chair is still there. Bank is not. Other people asked about a reunion pin at 9.15 and a room-key-in-a-bottle at 9.10. This is 10pm: is the tourist-assistance booth even a person or a sign.

Season tourist assistance was part of the plan; pins on kandyesalaperahera.police.lk. At 10pm a booth may already be a sign. Try once if you can see a uniform on that pin. Then 081 22 33 333 / 119 - not a Facebook group. Morning desk is the honest version for a power bank.

Do not walk the leftover loop in the dark looking for a black brick. One pin, one call, bed. It is a power bank.
