A stable article body was not retrieved this window; the search index still surfaces the July 23-25 Port City clash / BIA arrests. Treat it as a Colombo CID headline, not a Kandy incident, not a Perahera cancellation, and not proof of a new incident tonight. I cannot swear whether the card is a fresh development or a recap bump.
