Yes, but you have to book places outside the main town. Look for eco-lodges along the Kithalella road or up towards Ella Rock. These stays are totally immersed in nature and often have wooden yoga decks overlooking the valley. They offer a completely different, silent wellness experience compared to the loud strip in town.
I stayed at a place near Ravana heights. Waking up to do yoga while the mist rolls over Little Adams Peak is surreal.
Make sure they have hot water! The mornings in Ella are quite cold for outdoor stretching.

People outside stations offer to "help" buy tickets but charge large markups. They may buy cheap third-class tickets and sell as more expensive classes.
