Woke up already arguing the machine. Partner is Indian, I am not. FAQ says 2500 SAARC plus Thailand and Myanmar, 3000 other countries. Partner thinks one ticket covers both of us at the lower price. I think the machine reads the passport in front of it. Two tickets, two prices, or is there a pair button we are missing.

Published rates are per person at the machine: 2,500 SAARC / Thailand / Myanmar, 3,000 other countries. Do not invent a couple tariff. Each passport, each ticket. Tickets from other people are invalid. I cannot swear whether the UI even has a pair button. Assume two transactions.

Two passports, two prices, two receipts. The argument at the machine was the embarrassing part.

Indian passport is the SAARC band. The other passport is 3,000. That is the FAQ. No third band.
